Our platform enables users to build personalized, no-code agents powered by secure, LLM provider-agnostic infrastructure. Users can create, manage, and deploy agents using prompts, REST APIs, and visual tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to enter into binding agreements to use our Service.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Agent Creation and Usage

You retain ownership of agents and workflows you create, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to build agents that:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Spread misinformation, malicious code, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or remove any agent at our discretion.

5. Use of Third-Party APIs and LLMs

You are solely responsible for the use and billing of third-party APIs and LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We act only as an orchestrator using the API keys you provide. We do not charge for, nor guarantee, the performance or availability of external services.

6. Data Privacy

Our platform may process data such as prompts, responses, API calls, and usage logs. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not use your data to train any LLMs unless explicitly permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in and to the platform, including code, design, and branding, belong to mconnect.ai. You retain rights to agents and content you create.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

• Access the Service in a way that violates laws or third-party terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Use agents in high-risk or real-time decision-making scenarios (e.g., medical, legal, or financial advice) without proper review and disclaimers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties regarding LLM output accuracy, availability, or reliability. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any agents created through it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
